InSciT2006 Proceedings Book
All accepted papers presented at InSciT2006 have been published as book chapters in the Conference Proceedings Book, which was edited by the Open Institute of Knowledge. This two volumes edition was distributed amongst the attendees during the conference. Furthermore, every paper will be published in the Open Digital Library, currently being developed by the Open Institute of Knowledge, and made available to be read on-line so as to maximize its international visibility and impact.
The
title of the publication is "Current Research in Information Sciences and Technologies. Multidisciplinary approaches to global information systems" and it contains an Interantional Serial Book Number (ISBN). This book, which is intended to serve as a valuable resource for IS scientific and research community, covers a range of interdisciplinary topics so as to it could be used as teaching and reference material in a number of disciplines.
All registered conference attendees received a copy as part of their registration fee
during the conference.

InSciT2006 International Journals Special Issues
In addition, a selected number of accepted papers will be considered, under amendment / extension in order to meet journal requirements, for publication in several collaborating international journals.
These set of papers, selected by the international advisory committee after the conference, will be of high-quality (break-through work) and a new round of a very strict review will follow. This is intended to maximize the international visibility and impact of papers presented at InSciT2006.

El profesional de la Información is a journal about information, libraries and new technologies applied to information.
A selection will be carried out with papers in spanish presented to InSciT2006 aimed at publish a special issue of EPI. Such papers, should be
significantly extended and amended as well as go through journal reviewers before being accepted for publication in EPI.
Both the number of articles and publication date will be determined after the conference depending on applicant papers.
